We had thunder and lightening before the sun came up, and plenty of rain all morning.
I had some new recipes I wanted to try out for breakfast: Poached Scrambled Eggs with a Goat Cheese Sauce (find recipe here) with baked apples and a slice of whole grain bread. I couldn't eat all of my apple, which was delish, of course, but I ate the egg. It was good, but a little weird. Nice texture.
The best kind of day for working in the studio!
