We're Getting There

Well, I looked at this blog and saw that I hadn't posted anything new recently. I hate putting pictures up of things while they are in process, but since I'm a bit backed up (in the housework department, due to an inopportune head cold this week), I thought I'd go ahead and feature this in-process quilt.
If you think you've seen this before, it's because you have. (Aren't you clever?) This is an enlargement of my Pods Series #6, done in warm colors instead of cool ones. And it's a lot bigger. Durn thing wont even fit on my table! Which opens up a whole new can 'o' worms (or can'o'corn, for Dave). 'Sgonna be a tough one. I'm a little intimidated with the whole finishing/quilting deal, but as soon as things quiet down around here, I'll get to it.
Wish me luck. Or lunch, whatever.

Now we have a problem. I have no batting. I need to go out, but going out entails so much bother. I am expecting a delivery of a buffet cabinet and a bicycle (for me!) tomorrow, but hopefully these things will get delivered early rather than later, leaving me time to go roaming the island.

In the meantime, here I come, Pods Number Two!
